Support Tribute Events and Awareness Campaigns with Real Supplies

At Operation Missing, donated goods help us bring visibility and community support to families of the missing. From printed flyers to event materials, your in-kind donations allow us to equip volunteers, build tribute spaces, and host awareness events that honor every name and story.

While we do not manage search operations ourselves, we partner closely with teams who do. Your contributions help ensure families are seen, stories are shared, and local campaigns have what they need to succeed.

What Can You Donate?

We’re deeply grateful for your generosity — and want to make sure your donation makes the greatest possible impact.

Below are the types of goods that best support our awareness work and tribute events.

Printed Materials

Finished flyers, posters, or banners printed using our official designs.
Unbranded printing supplies such as copy paper or ink (please no pre-printed designs unless approved)

⚠️ Please do not send general poster stock or outdated materials — many printing partners cannot reuse them.

T-Shirts & Tribute Materials

Sponsor tribute shirts at-cost through our official supplier (we’ll provide a link)
Donate finished shirts using approved designs

⚠️ We are unable to accept blank t-shirts, as we do not have in-house printing capabilities.

Refreshments & Outreach

Bottled water or individually packaged snacks for community events
Small giveaway items (bracelets, buttons, pens) that align with remembrance or advocacy

Office & Admin Supplies

Copy paper, labels, envelopes, notebooks, folders, or postage stamps
Basic tech accessories like small printers, toner, or file bins

Event Supplies

Candles, tealights, display stands, tablecloths, and pop-up tents
Folding tables, poster easels, memory boards, ribbon, and decor items

Creative Tribute Materials

Origami paper (biodegradable preferred) for boat folding
Art supplies for community memory projects
Blank postcards or notes for “Write Their Name” stations

Volunteer & Family Care Items

Self-care kits (e.g. tissues, hand sanitizer, lip balm, mints)
Reusable water bottles or tote bags for volunteer teams

Raffle & Auction Items

Gift cards or gift baskets for fundraising events
Handmade goods, local services, or small product bundles
Tickets, signed items, or experience donations for benefit raffles
