We help define the purpose, timeline, and type of event—whether it’s a tribute, awareness drive, fundraiser, or community gathering.
We design personalized, print-ready flyers for each featured missing person, tailored to the event’s tone and audience.
We provide press release drafts, interview prep, and key talking points to help families and hosts navigate media coverage confidently.
From branded graphics and social media templates to QR codes, printable signs, and hashtag guidance—we supply what you need to promote with impact.
We create volunteer sign-up forms, assign roles, and provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions so your team is ready to serve.
We assist with table setup, banner placement, visual displays, and tribute boards to make your event space welcoming and effective.
Our trained volunteers staff a welcoming awareness table, answer questions, and represent each case with compassion. We focus on public interaction that builds trust and inspires meaningful involvement.
We provide custom flyers, handouts, QR cards, and action kits—designed to educate the public and give them something tangible to take home and share.
We respectfully capture photos, videos, and quotes to preserve the energy of the event. This content becomes powerful outreach tools in the days and weeks that follow.
We publish thank-you posts, highlight event moments, and celebrate everyone who helped show up for the missing—extending the emotional impact beyond the day itself.
We share select photos, quotes, and outcomes across platforms to amplify awareness, honor the stories told, and engage new eyes.
We send post-event summaries to families and partners, and we use the momentum to fuel digital campaigns, email follow-ups, and future volunteer engagement.
⚠️ Please Note:
While we’d love to attend every event in person, Operation Missing is based in Columbia, Missouri and may not be able to provide on-site support for all events.
That said—we regularly support events nationwide by providing digital planning help, printable materials, promotion strategies, and remote coordination. If you're organizing something, we're here to help you make it successful—no matter where you are.
